Confirmation packets for Student Orientation sessions are now being mailed home. Updates are posted to the front page – packets will be sent to your permanent address on file.

When your packet arrives at home, check over a few items:

1. Make sure your major is listed correctly. The major on your letter is the major listed in our system. If you need to change you major, contact the Admissions office at admissions@rpi.edu. We will be notified of any changes automatically.
2. Ensure any family/guest names are listed and spelled correctly. If your parents or family members originally did not register, but would now like to attend, please call the Orientation office at (518) 276-8632 and we will make the necessary changes.
3. On-campus accomodations for early-arriving students and parents/family members are arranged through the Office of Conference Services (OCS). OCS can be reached at (518) 276-7459 and will be taking reservations beginning June 1. There is a fee for this service.
4. Follow the instructions to pick-up your RCS user id so you can access your RPI email!
